ElectricFeel is driving the future of mobility with shared electric fleets in cities. More and more organizations around the world envision to launch shared e-bike, or e-scooter projects in one or more cities, and ElectricFeel supports them from day one to international scale. We support a growing number of customers who use our platform to create shared electric mobility networks in beautiful cities, such as Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, Rome, Milan. This translates into more than 7 million km of clean, healthy rides. Why it matters? Imagine the cities we aim for: clean air, no noise, no traffic jams.

 

ElectricFeel’s Customer Success Manager drives the roll-out of shared electric mobility services with our customers, from the moment they have decided they will launch a service, and as they continue to grow their service networks. The Customer Success Manager will manage complex projects, in which our software solution and its extended feature set is at the core. To do that successfully, the Project Manager will guide our customers as to how our solution can help them meet their business requirements.

 

Tasks

  • Meet with customers, distill their business requirements, and elaborate how our solution can meet those needs

  • Streamline the information flow between our customer and ElectricFeel's sales and product teams

  • Conduct product demos and trainings for new clients

  • Control project budgets, resources and targets against timeline

  • Be accountable for on-time delivery of our solution and customers’ product adoption

  • Get input from clients for the product roadmap and present them to the product team

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients

  • Help them be more productive with our solution

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer success management for a SaaS product / IT solution
  • Structured, organized, and results oriented with a high attention to detail and quality
  • Proactive in finding solutions also in complex environments and under time pressure
  • Creative and open-minded person with a can-do attitude
  • Willing to travel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with fluency in both English and German
