ElectricFeel is driving the future of mobility by powering shared electric fleets in cities. Our company was founded in 2012 in Zurich on the mission to improve cities by accelerating the transition away from privately owned cars and towards light, sustainable mobility. We provide a SaaS-solution to mobility entrepreneurs, utility and transportation companies around the world to launch, grow and scale their shared electric mobility business. Our end-to-end platform consists of an advanced operating system backend for fleet and user management, as well as a customizable mobile app that brings a seamless, urban mobility experience to their members.


Our solution is powering the success of an growing number of shared electric mobility providers, including Europe's leading e-scooter-sharing-provider, eCooltra, and Revel, the new US market leader. By today, ElectricFeel has enabled green mobility in 14 cities with a distance equivalent to 1000 times around the world (that's 40 million km of e-bike, and e-scooter-trips). But this is just the beginning, we are growing fast. Together with our partners, we are building a global community of market-leading shared electric mobility providers changing mobility for better.

The job

For our recently opened office in Barcelona, we are looking for an ambitious Head of Business Development who drives sales success of our company. This job is very entrepreneurial and requires a lot of grit. Tasks

  • Find, develop and close deals with mobility entrepreneurs, transport and utility companies, and upcoming target groups
  • Manage and drive a pipeline of deals (inbound and outbound)
  • Manage outreach campaigns to relevant target markets
  • Develop and manage partnerships with existing e-bike, e-scooter, and micro-EV OEMs
  • Leverage the potential of relevant industry events to build partnerships and find prospects
  • Measure your achievements against targets  clearly set KPIs to CEO

Requirements

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial sales executive with a growth mindset
  • Understanding of complex technology and business cases
  • At least 5 years of experience in complex B2B technology sales with proven and measurable track-record in deal closing
  • Evidence-based decision making and communication
  • Excellent people skills and ability to develop relationships with potential clients, and within the company
  • English and German fluency
